Exchange and Return policy
Effective March 1st, 2025:
At LUCE, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Accessories and swimsuits are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request – Contact our customer service team at info@luce-official.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 2 days of delivery.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Shipping the Item – The shipping company will be in contact to schedule the pick-up. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (which will depend on the location)unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 10 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued through transfer or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
