Exchange and Return policy

Effective March 1st, 2025:

At LUCE, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Accessories and swimsuits are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request – Contact our customer service team at info@luce-official.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item – The shipping company will be in contact to schedule the pick-up. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (which will depend on the location)unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 10 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued through transfer or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
